Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy

Return

Items may be returned for up to 30 days after the original delivery date. 

The products to be returned must be in the original condition of purchase and meet the conditions for secondary sales. Specifically, it includes the following requirements: The item is in good condition. That is, the surface of the product has no scratches, no wear (broken), no bumps, no use, no disassembly and other traces; the product can maintain the original quality and function; the outer packaging of the product is complete.

Items must be in as new condition, with original tags.

If the returned product does not meet the above return requirements, our company has the right to refuse to accept the return application, and the consumer shall bear the relevant shipping costs.

Refund

Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment.We will provide a full refund for the value of the purchased item in the same form as the original payment.

Refunds may take between 5-7 business days to process once an item has been delivered to our warehouse.

Exchange

Exchanges can be performed to change the size or color in the exact same style, or to change the style if the exchange item is the exact same price.
